Login before your session and you’ll be provided a virtual waiting room until your provider is ready to begin session. This link can be accessed via computer, laptop, or smartphone. Each virtual session will use this same HIPPA compliant, secure portal.
All intake documents must be completed prior to the start of your first appointment or the appointment will be rescheduled.
**24 hour advanced notice required for intent to fill out paper copies of consents and you must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled appt time to complete documents.
Upload all current insurance details and you’ll receive an update within 2-3 days detailing your coverage and cost estimate per session. Client remains responsible for all fees not paid by insurance.
